Becky Riley Olin, LCPC, MT-BC, Therapist
I began my career as a music therapist in 2005. I have a B.M. in Music Therapy from Elizabethtown College and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University
Maryland. I have worked as a clinician for 15 years, and I am dedicated to helping people navigate life transitions, heal unresolved trauma, cope with grief and loss, manage anxiety
and depression, and discover their authenticity.
I am passionate about helping mothers to be their most empowered, authentic selves. Being a parent gives us many opportunities to heal our own wounds. I use a strength-based and trauma-informed approach to help people examine, nourish, and heal their wounds so they can parent in a conscious and connected manner. This often means coming to terms with your story and rewriting it so that you can be the parent you want to be for your child.
I take a compassionate approach in my work, believing that everyone is doing the best they
can. I believe that we all need support, connection, and felt-safety for our best, authentic selves to shine. I integrate a variety of modalities including mindfulness, expressive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy to achieve therapeutic growth and healing. I look forward to working together with you to discover your best, authentic self!
