Perissos Therapy is considered an 'Out-of-Network' provider. You pay directly for your sessions at time of service. We will provide you with a "superbill" or receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement on a monthly basis. However, please be prepared to confirm your benefits with your insurance company prior to scheduling. The practice cannot gurantee you will be reimbursed nor will we know the amount your insurance is willing to cover.
