Motherhood and transitioning through life, in general, can be a major barrier for many. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to become their most authentic and confident selves. Navigating the highs and lows of parenting, marriage, careers, and adulthood can prove extremely difficult, and I am here to support you.

I am trained in and provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have worked extensively with all eating disorders for many years, and am eager to help these individuals. I also have training in and am comfortable working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, as well as other various mood disorders. We can work together to find the right path that best suits your needs and desires. I truly believe a therapeutic relationship is valuable and that collaboration is key.

I received my master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2011. I have a B.A in Clinical/Counseling Psychology with a focus in family work from Washington College. I have worked in inpatient, partial/day hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I have been in the field for over 12 years and am truly passionate about my work.
