Did you know that research shows there are actually changes in woman's brains that increase anxiety when they become mothers?

Science is beginning to study how brain activity increases in regions that control empathy and social interaction, but also anxiety. "Mom worry" is a real thing and it's hard to control our constantly-racing minds to keep track of everything we need to do to take care of our kids. Whether you are a stay at home mom or the breadwinner in your family, being a mom can be TOUGH!

Moms juggle so many roles, but with support, I do believe it's possible to develop sills that can help you feel more confident and comfortable in your role.
