ABOUT US

Perissos Therapy is a mom-owned and operated psychotherapy practice in the heart of Lutherville, MD founded by Liz Kent, LCSW-C. Liz provides in-person therapy at our office in Baltimore County or telehealth appointments to clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Her primary focus is improving maternal mental health and decreasing anxiety. Maternal mental health covers all stages of "mom-ing" from preconception and postpartum to parenting and perimenopause. Liz uses evidence-based therapy approaches to develop collaborative treatment plans with her clients as it's her goal for them to experience a more abundant, fulfilling life. The practice welcomes clients of all racial, ethnic, religious, sexual and gender identity backgrounds. We look forward to working with you!
