Hi, I’m Liz—therapist, mom of three, and founder of Perissos Therapy. I understand how juggling kids, work, and relationships can leave you feeling like it’s never enough. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in co-parenting stress, or burned out from carrying the mental load. You want to feel calmer, more connected to your family, and more in sync with your partner-I get it!

Therapy is tailored to help you feel more grounded, supported, and clear. I work with individuals, couples, and families—especially overwhelmed moms and parents navigating co-parenting challenges, burnout, or postpartum stress. Using my 17 years of experience and training in CBT, Brainspotting, perinatal mental health, and the Gottman Method, I offer practical tools alongside space for deeper emotional work. Sessions are available in-person via telehealth across Maryland, or walk-and-talk therapy in Baltimore County.
