Your session time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled late, it’s often too late to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for care. That’s why I charge a fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for no-shows.

If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could still be subject to the no-show fee. That said, I understand that life happens—especially for parents! If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. I’m always open to discussing whether the fee can be waived in extenuating circumstances.
